this thing right here is mew, our all-purpose sona to represent us as a whole! they originally started as a sonic-version of our old sona, cupid.exe, but slowly developed into feeling more like us than our old one did!

mew is a twin-tailed kittybunnypuppy angeldemon dream spirit given physical form! originating from the vast expanse that is the dreamscape, they were pulled into the physical realm through a shard of a magical crystal known as the "dream quartz" by one universe's doctor ivo "eggman" robotnik. after conducting many exhausting experiments to learn about their powers, eggman devised a scheme to use mew's hypnotic voice to trap as many people as possible in a dream world and take over. mew came up with their own counter-plan, using their powers to create a time-loop after sonic and co. failed to intervene in time. eventually, the time loop is broken when sonic is finally able to fight eggman, and mew sacrifices themself and overloads their powers to remove themself from existing in that timeline. now, they wander the multiverse, carving out places for themself to live a peaceful life in every universe they settle in, hoping to eventually find a place they can call home.

mew is a silly creature that seems to defy most common logic. they possess a strange form of dream-powers which allows them to shapeshift and bring imagination into reality using shimmering bubbles. they also have the power of hypnotic voice, being able to put others in a trance or even to sleep. their powers are a bit unstable when used too frequently, but that doesnt stop them from pushing their limits sometimes. they are plural and chronically ill.
